Nobroker — Paid for NRI services but no service received

I wanted to purchase a property in Bangalore and I approached No broker.com to avail the service. The representative called and explained that they have exclusive NRI services, where in we will be provided with dedicated relationship manager and a field manager who will take us through virtual tour of the properties which we short list. He promised to share 50 property details and told more can also be offered until we finalise the best one. I clearly explained my requirements and he readily agreed that properties will be shown to us as per our requirements and budget. He kept on calling and messaging me until I made the payment of Rs 14, 866.94 for NRI services on 21 Jan 2024.
After this we were so disappointed because the RM allocated didnot have mobile or WhatsApp contact - only messaging on app which was not instantly replied also. He would call once in a while buying time and always telling he is looking as per our requirements.
Later after several messages, calls, he was not available and one of his colleague informed he went on long leave and they will assign a new RM.
Our horror ordeal continued as we were doing several follow ups but no update or any property details within our requirments were shared.
We were told atht nothing is available in our budget.
I made several requests, raised a complained with their team, contacted the manager but no reply on any emails or proper update on messages sent.
I was totally ignored, each time someone called they would ask me to summarise everything and promised to check and revert - But nothing happened. I am waiting for 2 months with any proper resolution on my complains and issues I have raised.
