Noise Pollution Under Religious Events — loudspeakers in villages of punjab

Hello i am lives in a village of gurdaspur district in punjab. We facing a problem which is related to loudspeakers in religious places and homes for religious events there is no timing of these type of events. They starts loudspeakers at 11 pm sometimes plays full day very loudly as they want. Everyone want to complain but they don't know how. If they request to any person to decrease the volume they shouts and gives cross excuses. Please its my request solve this issue as soon as possible. Because we working person we work in day obviously we have sleep peacefully at night. Rules should be same for everyone.
