Dear sir
i am a forest range officer in kerala state forest department. I am working in kumily range in idukki district. i have ordered for class 12 guides through on line from oswaal books on 28.06.2018. i have remitted Rs. 1496.00 for the books. Unfortunately the said guides not delivered to me till date. The books is for my daughter who is studying in class 12. there is no benefit for my daughter, if the guides will be delivered after this academic year. pls do the arrangement for the early delivery of these books. other wise i will complaint to appropriate govt. authorities for redressal.
