I placed an order for a jeans and a women's top both for a price of 798. I had to make an online payment due to no cod option available. I received a mail regarding the same. My order number was nsw0003367. Now it has been 10 days and there has been no update as to where my order has reached. I tried calling the contact no. ([protected]) that was provided on the site. However, the phone is always switched off. I have also written a mail to the email address provided. (Nonstopwears. [protected]@gmail.com). I don't want the items anymore but please refund my entire amount.
Please find attached the email received from them confirming my order, a copy of my payment done to them and a picture of my email trying to correspond with them.
