Dear Sir,
I want to bring to your notice on 20 May 2022, I ordered a Dreamline outdoor garden balcony sofa set and a center table for Rs 4, 500 INR from the above website but no confirmation on its delivery was received by me on my registered email id. The payment for the same was made from my debit card. I don't know how this type of fraudulent website are available on google.
This website displays Smart Phones, Electronic Items, Kitchen Items, Shoes, Bicycles, Bags and furniture for sale at a very low prices and when the payment is made there is no response from this site neither on payment confirmation nor on delivery of products sent on your registered email id. Moreover, the mobile numbers given on the website does not connect when dialed. However, after surfing on the same website for long i got one mobile number as [protected]. When called the person on the next end Mr Ravi Kumar name on true caller tries to send a link and tells that he will refund, i think such types of modus operandi now a days are prevailing to steal data from other equipment. therefore i ignored the link as i found it a bit suspicious.
In the late evening i tracked one more mobile number from the site, when i asked about my refund he started abusing me and told we will never give your money, the mobile number was [protected] in the name of Online Shopping Customer Care on true caller.
Further, I just want to convey that, kindly remove such fraudulent sites from google due to which innocent people are falling prey to such sites. Google must also verify such sites and they should also maintain some checks & balances at their end. Request you to kindly investigate the case and retrieve my money due to this fraudulent online shopping website.
