North Bihar Electricity Board — False billing when complain for "wrong name in bill"

Dear Sir, My consumer no. is JJP/6824042 under NORTH BIHAR POWER DISTRIBUTION CO.LTD. Since 4 months i complaining for name correction but no any action from local authority. When i give online complaint on website i get result but with another consumer no. JJP6851694 with correct name with bill of Rs.10, 206/- only. In which detail as: Arear amt ------ 0.00 Energy Charge ------6, 156.00 Meter Rent[protected], 080.00 Fixed Charges -------2, 970.00 other detail : Meter No. / Capacity 096339 / Tariff DS2 Multiplying Factor 1.00 Connected Load 1.00 Present Reading 0 as on Past Reading 0 Difference: 0 Units Consumed : 0 Units Billed : 2160 My mother alone living at home. This consumer id 1st time bill. So i think it is just by mistake when they follow my complaint for name correction process of my regular bill detail, in which i require name correction is consumer no. JJP6824042 . JUST i required to correction in name as Shive Shankar S/o Lt. Shila Kant Jha Satlakhe Tol, Vill Baliya, P.o-Umari, Dist- Madubani. I hope i get correct name fron next billing in my actual consumer no-JJP6824042. aLSO HOPE THEY REMOVE FALSE CONSUMER CREATED BY DEPT. DATA ENTRY PERSON BY MISTAKE. SHIVE SHANKAR [protected]
