This one i'm writing you on behalf of my father. He is having nbpdcl connection in his name with consumer id: 'ros8513044' under 'rosera' division and sub-division.
This matter is regarding incorrect electricity billing which has not been resolved even after series of complaints following the most appropriate hierarchy. This issue still to be resolved since ages. We have kept continued bill payments without failing any month as per the meter readings but those payments were not updated in the bill generating system. I find it very hard to understand how can this small effort to update the paid bills in the system be such a big overhead which the concerned authorities fail to perform. After chain o[censored]nsuccessful attempts of getting the issue resolved we have almost lost our faith in nbpdcl grievance redressal system. We have been asked to pay almost 8 lakhs which i believe should be nill (0.00) as of now as we have paid almost more than the genuine billing amounts so far. This epic customer mismanagement has triggered serious mental harassment.
Please help.
