Dear sir,
My electricity charge bill is not generated since 30.4.2018 and after repeated complains on website and mail it has been solve and reading is taking on 25.01.2021 (Slip of reading is attached herewith for your ready reference) and we found the bill today (03.02.2021) from your website. After review the bill I found that delay charged is imposed to me RS 6839.00 and reading date is taken on bill[protected]. whenever we have paid already 49297 during the back date without bill the same amount is my credit to north Bihar power distribution company. after that the cumulative amount of the bill is generated Rs 61568.69 including delay charge fixed charged etc. but my concern is that if i have paid already the actual amount why should i paid delay charge. and why the department is not given the bill month wise against the meter no 4989808 and CA no :[protected].
and one more things why north Bihar power distribution company is given the old meter during the new connection.

please look in to the matter and give me justification.
