I am consumer of NORTH BIHAR POWER DISTRIBUTION COMPANY LTD.. My CA No is [protected]. My current electricity Bill is unreasonably high which has been presented to me by showing erroneous electricity consumption of house. Even by going through my house monthly consumption pattern, current bill appears to be incorrect. I tried to make a complaint on website's online complaint portal https://nbpdcl.co.in/(S(bbvv4dl4jsivz5wa4jjxacjo))/frmGrievances.aspx, but it's not working. On customer care number too, nobody seems to listen and resolve my issue. This appears to be endless game with winner as service provider because there is nobody to listen in your team. The Online complaint portal of NORTH BIHAR POWER DISTRIBUTION COMPANY LTD is not working. It appears to be intentional so that there should not be any official complaint against the service provider by customer. Even though my CA number is correct, the portal is showing incorrect CA number. However, this portal can give billing details by mentioning same CA number.
The toll free number mentioned on website of NORTH BIHAR POWER DISTRIBUTION COMPANY LTD, i.e., https://nbpdcl.co.in/ is 1912. Whenever I try to call this number, it says this number does not exist and please check the number I have dialed.
I request you to resolve this on priority as I am already suffering from financial losses due to corona and such billing will severely damage my monthly family maintenance.
