This is related to my Complaint Status ID: 2997564 & 2996061 on this forum. Till now North Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd has not taken notice of my complaint and there is no acknowledgement either. Most of consumers of NBPDCL are fed up of overcharging of Bills by the company but they have to pay after certain interval of time because they are being threatened by NBPDCL representatives that the consumer's electricity supply would be discontinued.
Consumers have nowhere to go because none of its grievances portal or consumer complaint toll free number are working.
Requesting consumer complaint forum to look into my Complaint Status ID: 2997564 & 2996061 and resolve the issue on priority. Was this information helpful? |
