North Bihar Power Distribution Company [NBPDCL] — Previous paid amount did not deduct in june 2017 month bill

Dear Concerned,

I have paid Rs, 1312/- on 19th june 2017 through paytm portal(Transuction No-[protected]).Now i am getting online bill, but there is no any paid amount mention in the month june 2017 bill.

One thing also, We do not live at my village there is no any electricity consumption.But Rs.281.75 enery charges has been charged in the month of june 2017.Kindly look this issue and resolve it.
