Dear authority
As I live in rural area of Bihar whose power comes from NORTH BIHAR POWER DISTRIBUTION COMPANY. As I am continuous customer of NBPDCL
I always paid electric bill n time last paid bill was on 21-09-21 but as I checked my bill of October its showing invalid CA number my new CA number is [protected] and old consumer number is KG040538.
Due to this I cant check my bill online or pay it as website says "Bill details are not available for CA Number [protected].", I have all previous bills as proof how promptly I used to pay all bills. As due to this I cant able to even load the complain on website of NBPDCL and neither toll free number 1912 working, it shows invalid CA number.
I don't know technical detail of website of company as my CA number simply just dropped from database or something happens due to website error.
Just I request authority to resume the functionality so i can pay the bill online as I contacted the bill check person He just told your bill will come next month but I waited 2 month it still not showing any solution. I stay in south India from where its hard to come and solve the issue so please help me to resolve mu complain.
I attached my last paid bill through online payment gateway and last bill.
