I have contacted to nesco local office at kali megha, jajpur town to replace my faulty meter. They have given me a long process to follow. I have followed it but finally they say we are still waiting for meter to come which nesco not sending as per our requirement. I did ask them, can i buy meter from outside and install by your people, then no. You have install from nesco only.
Again i did ask them what is guarantee you are giving on meter, they says no guarantee and from day 1 your risk. But in meter i found written as 66 months guarantee.
If there is no meter then we have to minimum charge which is out of my mind. Why should i will pay over my usage? Why don't nesco put the meter on time and why there is guarantee?
