North India Finserve Pvt Ltd — Fake promises to sell insurance

I purchased a policy of Reliance Nippon Life Insurance Company from North India Finserve Pvt Ltd in June 2017. The company assured me that if I am to surrender my policy after 3 years, I'll be getting:
Special surrender value + Guaranteed loyalty addition + Guaranteed Surrender value + Surrender value

That added up to 235, 000 approx after 3 years of completion for a policy costing me 60000 every year.

Now after 3 years when I asked reliance to surrender my policy they told me that i'll get only surrender value.

This is a complete fraud. The agent from the company would come with a statement from Reliance Company.
The quotation would have values divided into sections. They would add up different sections and give show to the handsome amount that you will be getting.

Don't take policy from them. Take the policy document copy and reach some CA or knowledgeable person who can assist you with actual detailing.
