Not Available — someone has put my number in call services

Hi, some miscreants have put my number in your portal, stating that to call my number and abuse me. Please look into this and resolve.

I had received message for some service when i refused they had put the message on the portal to abuse me. Please look into this and please help.

Also let me know how to further take this to make a closure.
