noty99.in — Taken order of clothes and did not supply and not refunding | |||
Hi Sir, My name is Zuber Siraj Khan. I had made an online transaction with a person called Jeetender Jain representing noty99.com/www.noty99.in who is selling clothes online. He promised goods however never sent it and I had to follow up several times. He now claims that he has sent some goods to Coimbatore but my address is Bangalore. He requested me to get in touch with anybody and get the goods which I obligued to. He was supposed to return by money of rs. 6490 which he has not returned tiil now. When I asked him about this on Sunday 7th Feb which is 4 months after the incident. He on 8th Feb sent me text stating he will spoil my reputation in the market and that he will take my wifes picture and that of my kind and circulate in all wrong places. I would like to lodge a complaint against this fraudster and ensure either my wife or my kids details are not published anywhere. Very true please dont shop with noty99 they are big time fraud they have cheated on me as well its been 3 months now and they dont want to refund nor send the clothes i bought, on top of that he is using bad language his name is jeetendra jain who is refusing to give you his full address and also lies about where his shop is one minute he will tell u its in Ahmedabad and nxt minute he says he is in Surat please stop shopping with him he is fraud
hello. i am from mauritius. i ordered for the first time fromNoty99 and paid INR 36, 000 via moneygram in january 2015. one month later i did not get my parcel. contacted the so called jitendr Jain. he icked his phone and said my parcel was misplaced. he proposed a refund or another order. i accepted to order another catalogue of same price as the first one in beginning of march which was supposed to ship on 12 march. today still no parcel. he again promised refund and sent message on viber, watsap and also emal that he was sending that day itself. but alas... he is a fraud!!!

Noty99 and 99world.in is a Fraud website and they never dispatch the dresses./ I waitied for 2 months now and he not even gave single money or any dress. I reqested him many time politile but he is used to all this thing.
I even got in touch with many people who had been trapped by him. all has the same problem.
I kindly Request to you when ever deal with new one tell for Cash on Delivery. We are ready to pay extra for that service but we dont want such Fraud Tricks like noty99 and 99world
Even I had Filed 2 police complain to him ladies harassment and Fraud E-Business.

iam also a victim.i paid 21000Rs.after that this fraudster is not responding.i lodge a complaint moreover iam going to put this in news paper.

I ordered full catalogue anarkili..I paid him INR9934 on 23rd March 2015.until now I haven't receive my items..when I call him he neve pick his fon..when I watsapp him asking for my parcel..he will reply using bad words ..
