To all the flats buyers who is planning to buy the flat in Nova Alitma I am one of the flat owner at Nova Alitma site. Recently I visited the site to know about the work status for my flat. Because I have requested to do few electrical and plumbing work additionally for which the entire cost is paid. While checking with the site staff I understand that, there is no plumbing knowledge person available for that site. I am not able to imagine about the plumbing issue I am going to phase after handing over of the flat to me. By this we can understand that, the importance given to the customers money by Nova The site staff is saying that they are having the third party inspection agency to check the quality. While checking with the known circle I understand that, the third party agency is not professional for the quality check. They are only quality certification people in terms of documents. I am requesting with the other flat owners of the Nova Alitma project to inspect their flats and ask for refund if any work is not properly done. Because few of the false buyers already received the refund from Nova. This was communicated by one the sales person of the Nova who recently left the Nova company.
