I have never seen any reputed company giving such bad service and totally false information and commitments. They don/t have any dedicated manpower and people change regularly. They give promises only on mouth and never give anything in writing. It is basically cheating the customers. The maintenance in charge and other responsible members of association also involved in this burglary, they stopped me to go further to approach a flat as they need bribe from me, and I felt really bad and distressed.
