I am one of the customers to Nova Life space pvt.ltd . Me and 750 others who booked at Nova Life space are extremely disappointed due to the quality of Nova Life space. Here are the issues:- 1. Handing over delayed by 1.5 years 2. Did not bother to settle us for the delayed handover 3. NO ELECTRICITY AND NO WATER while handing over 4. EB Card, Property tax, Sewage tax card - nothing has been handed over to the customers even after 1 year of handing over the apartment. 4. Very poor customer care. 5. They advertise well, but serve very badly. 6. We tried meeting the MD for all the false commitments in the project. You are never allowed to meet. 7. you will be left with only choice of going legally against them for all the hard earned money that you invested with them. Please be very careful if you are investing at Nova.
