[Resolved]  Nownaukri.com — Non rendering of services - request for refund

I am K Satish Kumar from Bangalore.
I registered with Nownaukri on 21Nov16 for recruitment services for job in Bangalore / Singapore / Dubai.
I had made payments totalling about INR one lakh thirtysix thousand rupees only ( Rs 1, 36, 000/- ) for various services charges offered by Nownaukri.

It has been about 6 months and there has been no opportunity provided to me by Nownaukri.

While registration was happening the Executive confirmed that all payments are thru and that Nownaukri will not ask for anymore money payments at all and that personalised services will be provided to me.
I am just recapping words from one of the mails dated 21Nov15 --- "And As per the telephonic discussion i am sending final confirmation mail for full and final payment which you need to make payment after that you don't need to pay any single amount."
Just to quote how money minded people are in Nownaukri, I receive a call on 3Dec asking for another Rs 34999/-.
I said I will not pay anymore and that they should provide me all services for which they taken payments from me.
There has been severe deficiency of service.
Not even my Resume was refined as promised by the Executive after taking all detials in the CIS format (Client Information Sheet).
Not even one prospective call had been forth coming from services offered by Nownaukri.

Hence I request that Nownaukri return the payments to me as they have not fulfilled any, not even by providing opportunties, though even after reasonable time was given to them by me.

This is regarding my complaint ref# 1305410 dt 9Jun16 - On 15July16 this complaint has been marked as resolved but on the contrary no one or nothing had been done to resolve the issue. No one even contacted with regard to this and have unilaterally marked this complaint as resolved. Hence, I request the Consumer Complaints Team to re-instate the complaint and make it live and help in resolving it. Yesterday 16Sep16, I had updated the complaint status as below and request the team to refund the money taken from me in entirety.
