Ofter one month switched off for our mobile no and customer care service no response. Plaese solve my complaint.

Moreover, i have got no services of any kind from this site.
A few before, they had requested me to deposit certain amount of money to be assured of getting a suitable job, but i did not comply with their request.

Nownaukri.com is a fake company which offer job openings and services. I have paid 5550 and received acknowledgement as below but further a few email asking my job sheet etc. They have not offered any services as committed so far. There are many such companies in india which offer fake certificate/job opening etc. Please try to keep away from them always.

I had remitted rs. 11, 098/- (Online transfer) to this company 60 days back, based on the assurances given by them that, there are employment opportunities readily available at overseas & my resume was already short-listed by one of the employers.

With the pre-text of assured employment, they had forced me to remit the above amount within 2 hours of their discussion.

The above amount would include, resume writing 2 times (One is for domestic + another is for overseas) and also resume flash to various agencies.

The following is the current status (As on 20.1.15) — (After receipt of full payment from me)

1) no one had called me from this organization till date
2) no mails/communications on status
3) no resume draft received - either for domestic or overseas till date
4) no mail communication on employment news/opportunities
5) even if you contact them, there will be no response from this company
6) whenever, you send a mail to their customer care division, a routine mail will be sent, as per below
7) their hr dept had contacted me and assured me that my amount will be refunded to me. (Mr. Nikil-[protected]) — when contacted again, no one lifts the phone — - nownaukri refund section no [protected]
8) plenty of mails sent to them complaining about their poor services & asking for return of amount, no one will respond
9) no senior officials in this company will also bother about the customer's complaints.
10) nownaukri is not a professionally managed company and it is a fraud company.

Don't get trapped by false promises by this company.

They have been calling relentlessly for subscribing to they're services but no they do not provide any service. This is a total fraud website people. Please do not subscribe to anything. They collect personal information and probably sell it.

Dear Sir,

With reference to above subject matter, I would like to explain the incident as under :

One fine day of June, 2016 I got a call from Quickjobzz Office and informed me that they got my profile details from one of their client in UAE and they have some immediate opening and for that if I am interested asked me to let me know, so I inquired about their client details, that time Quickjobzz representative (Mr. Ranbeer Chowdhary) informed me that their client is ADNOC Group. So I said, if it is an ADNOC group I am interested, then their representative told me that there will be a small charges involved (he did not informed me the total cost involved) and asked me to come online, when I came online they asked me to open the site of 'www.nownaukri.com', I questioned about this but their representative said that, www.nownaukri.com is their sister concern. When I open the site for registration, processing fees was showing only for Rs.6, 150/-, so I agreed to pay. But due to some security reasons on my Card I was unable to transfer the specified amount from my account to client, when this happen Quickjobzz representative informed that he will try from his end on my behalf also assured that he will not misuse the same (even I thought that OTP number valid for only 10 Minutes, so he cannot do anything after that), results I passed my bank OTP number to Quickjobzz representative for clearing the specified amount from my card. But when I got SMS from my bank It was surprised me! within a span of time Quickjobzz team was withdrawn Rs.1, 24, 450.00 (Payment receipt attached as Annex-A) from my account, when I objected this activity they assured that I will be placed within 30 to 45 days with their client, as well as they informed that I will be refunded Rs.40, 000.00 after a month of joining.

Then in July, 2016 (almost the end of notified date) again I got an emergency call from Quickjobzz office and asked to me pay a sum of Rs.63, 613.00 (Payment receipt attached as Annex-B) immediately, when I objected to pay their representative informed me that my application with ADNOC is pipelined and I have to pay this amount right now, otherwise they are unable to issue an interview call ID. On that situation there was no other options, so I paid the mentioned amount. Once I transferred the payment Quickjobzz representative confirmed that I will get an interview call by another 3 days but even after 10 days I did not get any response either from Quickjobzz office or from their client.

Those things made me confused, so I started enquiring about the updates but I did not get any proper information from Quickjobzz, when I call them on provided number (+91-[protected]) every time different people are attending and all are telling the same story i.e. “your application is still pending with ADNOC Group and they are not confirming a date because of that we are also unable to give you a specified time”. During these period I talked to different representatives of Quickjobzz (few names are : Mr. Ranbijay Singh, Mr. Prashant Joshi, Mr. Kristofer, Mr. Punith, Mr. Bharat Reddy, Mr. Arjun Malik, Mr. Sameer Malhotra etc.) but all are verbally assuring that they will process my application with some of other clients, if ADNOC group vacancy is going such a long delay.

But in-between these issues once I got a call from Mr. Ranbeer Chowdhary (who was introduced himself to me very initially) and informed that he was sick and was on long vacation i.e. why these things are happen like this and said that he will sort out this issue by another 20-25 days. During this period again they called me and asked to pay Rs.46, 189.00 (Payment receipt attached as Annex-C) on different account which I objected to pay, but they assured that if I am not getting any information from their end by another 20 days I can proceed with legally, on that situation I could not found any other option other than to pay.

Now the matter has been passed more than 120 days and still I did not get any firm commitment from Quickjobzz because of that I asked them to cancel all the offers and requested them to refund the payment made by me without any deduction. For the refundment of paid sum, I sent various reminders and offers but I did not get any communication on subjected matter, so far. Copies of payment transfer from my account & various reminders and offers sent by me to Quickjobzz is attached herewith for your ready reference (Annex-D & E).

You are requested to please look into the matter and take a suitable action for getting the refundment of my paid sum and I sincerely thanking you in advance for your kind support on this matter.

Hi everyone

Nownaukri find a new way to suck money, few days back I got call from nownaukri.com and saying that my refund request is approved but you need to pay xxxxxx amount to refund as he said I have paid total 1.3 lakhs now he switched off his mobile these guys are money looters and trust any more and fraud guys.

Earlier almost 2 years back I have paid 3, 17, 100 in nownaukri, few day back I got call from them about refund

On 24th Feb 2016, Mr Sachin called me stating that I had been short listed for Ambuja Cements and to process it I had to pay Rs 16732 via Invoice ID No NN00128320 @ 5299/- Dated 25.02.2016 & NN00128558 @6434/- Dated 26.02.2016 and @ 4999/- Initially I was hesitant to pay later on trusting the name of Naukri.com I had paid the amount. They took from me more than one hundred thousand rupees telling that the job is already fixed. They said they will send details immediately. But they did not do anything after that. And now there is no nows at all about them.

To schedule an interview they said me to register with them by paying 4000/- immediately so my husband paid through on-line for the details of account number what they have provided.this was done 11/2/2017

Now today when i called to the same number to verify with them it is switched off.no response from them regarding this issue.

They asked me to deposit about Rs. 6, 000 in their account. After verifying all my documents, they said that they will inform me about the opportunities. But after few days there is no communication from them.

I wrote a mail asking them why there is no progress in the job hunting.
One person called on mobile and asked whether I have paid them the required money for their service ! I said I have already paid. After that, there is absolutely no response.

They are not providing any service at all. I feel cheated by these people.

I have nearly paid more than 15000 Rs On 20/11/2015 they sent mail saying that the payment is processed and sent an attachment to fill and return along with the CV.On 25.11.2015 I have sent the filled form and CV
on 03.12.2015 received mail saying that the payment is processed and further I should contact Customer care for details.I wrote many mails from Jan 2016 to July 2016 and did not get any response. On 4th Feb I received mail from them saying my resume has been sent to top consultants and till today no one contacted me.On Feb 27th 2016( Mr, Sudhanshu Khandpal) sent one resume and asked me to approve it again, On 28th Feb 2016 I replied saying that I have already approved the same and asked who is working on my profile and what is the status nobody replied my mail
today one person ([protected])called me and is telling still my profile is not completed last legis pending and I have to pay some amount. I replied him saying I am not interested and to pay all my amount back. He refused for it.
Loos like every time they come out saying one last payment pending and looks like they are fraud.

I would like to inform you that your sales team Mr Abhay Mathur, Gaffar Alam, Dilshad Ahmed and Aman Srivastav had told me a bunch of lies to accept your services. On 5th March 2016, Mr Abhay Mathur called me stating that I had been short listed for Tatas and to process it I had to pay Rs 15947. Initially I was hesitant to pay later on trusting the name of Naukri.com I had paid the amount. After payment, he insisted to pay further to verify my certificates, then to verify education then to appoint relationship manager, etc. with a promise that within a month I would get a job if not in TATAS in other leading companies like Relience power, Adani Power, etc. I have paid a total amount of Rs 1, 36, 000 (approximately) and now six month over no fruitful result. I inquired from the other sources and I came to know that they been doing like this since a long time.
Now, they have their name to jobishsh.com and doing the same.

I have contacted you many times. Now I guess I will have to file complaint regarding your fraud services.
I have my order Id as well as my bank transaction from which I made the payment.

I made the payment in January and still you people have no updates.

On 17 May 2016 I received a call from nownaukri.com representative saying that there company is a job consultancy services provider and ask me to register online and pay the registration fees for which they will help in building my resume and then also assist me in getting job. I did the same and payed ₹3999 online. They also send me a payment receipt email and had asked for my details and resume copy to build my cv. I had emailed the same. But all in vain. There website is no more available. Seems to be a big fraud.
