Nsp — Scholarship not received since 2 years

I'm writing this post to raise the topic that's been every Assam student's concern for the past few months but no one's having the guts to complain about it. So the topic is ''The Post Matric Scholarship to ST students, Assam". The scholarship has been given to the renewal students but still is pending for freshers. And on top of that the scholarship was applied on 2020. Aren't the scholarships supposed to be provided after a year and should be credited before the beginning of the new semester so that students can pay for their admission???
The majority o[censored]s students belong to the middle-class family and waits eagerly for the scholarship money to meet their respective needs like bills to pay, admissions for themselves, medical fees, and vice versa.
