NTL Call Taxi — Waiting charges for stuck in traffic

Booked NTL taxi on Tuesday Night around 8 pm (17th Nov 2015). From poonamallee to Koyambedu. We have been charged for waiting allowance of around 70 rs extra and the waiting places are city traffics and signal time. We are completely frustrated to know this for the first time that the passenger charged for waiting in signals and traffics. NTL taxi is money motive and we feel like cheated as this is not informed us beforehand. For your information chennai.

Not yet get the bill for the travel I made

I have booked your cab on March 8th, 2015 from Avadi to Airport. For this I have called many times to your customer care number to get the bill to my email id but still now I didnt get the bill.
