NTL Call Taxi — Worst Customer care & Response | |||
Sir, I have booked a call taxi on 24/04/2015 -From Nelankarai To Chemencherry .I have paid the Cash. I requested For the bill to the driver, He requested me to get the bill from the office.The very Evening I made a call to the office and requested them to send the bill to my mail ID. There is no response .After Two days I again made a call to the office (Morning 10Am), They Made a request that they would send the mail within 15 minutes as there is not a proper up gradation from their side. I checked my Mail for the bill, But I didn't receive any bills or mails From NTL Call Taxi. I Again made a call AT 1PM the same evening(yesterday), Still I didn't receive Any Bills.I lost all my patience by complaining & Running against the bill.The Company's Customer care should Take a proper response & action to get my bill by today.
