NTL Call Taxi — Worst Customer Service | |||
I am K.Natraj regular customer of NTL. I was totally disappointed of your service in mobile app wallet. On 22/01/2015 i booked a cab. Booking id is B[protected]. That too i booked budget cab but i get INNOVA. Your customer care person told me to pay budget cab fare. I completed my trip by 9pm. Driver gave bill for Rs.480/-. I waited nearly for 15 mins to get clear the amount in wallet. But till 9.20pm the amount was not deducted from my wallet. Due to my hurry situation i paid Rs.400/- to the Driver Mr.Srikumar, his mobile number is [protected]. On 24/01/2015 i checked my wallet balance. I was shocked. My wallet is Rs.0/-. I got Rs.414/- in my wallet balance. I need my money back immediately to my wallet. Otherwise i am going to file a compliant against your company in consumer court. Booked Cab from velachery to chennai egmore arond 2 PM with pickup time as 4PM. Cab reached to me at 4.20PM. No intimation from Customer care or From driver regarding the delay, For persons who needs to be on time, don't book NTL for sure.
