Ntt Data — Unethical and unprofessional

In all 23 my years of working I have never encountered a total disregard for a person who needed help especially when they were wrongfully terminated. I don't think you understand the dire financial situation I am in or you really don't care. I have been waiting over a month to get this rectified and now that I have escalated it, it still is not rectified. Do you understand I cannot pay my bills? You are the head of human resources and just as unresponsive as everyone else. I hope someday somebody makes you feel the way your organization made me feel. I find it truly disheartening when the head of human resources lacks the compassion and respect for a human being who desperately needs help. Congratulation for make me feel worse than I already do. While your at home with your family this weekend, you can think about how someone else is struggling relying on their family just to survive. I hope your proud of that.

Since the termination reason communicated to my car insurance is blocking me from collecting what I am entitled to, I would appreciate a response ASAP.

Subject: Fwd: Termination reason

Meghan, I was hoping you can assist in this unfortunate incident that occurred with TD BANK. My recruiter was Charles White, who could not be more professional and courteous. However, my manager at TD bank wrongfully terminated me for a well known disability after being in two unfortunate and bad car accidents. After asking for a reasonable accommodation for working from home in which was at my neurologist request, I was told that a condition of working from home would be to produce more work. In this case it would be website reviews. After explaining I could meet my original expectations, I could not guarantee more since I was physically and mentally disabled after being in a second car accident just days before the request. I was told he would sleep on it and was terminated the next day. I have since learned from my car insurance personal injury contact that he was told I was terminated due to performance issues. There was not a reason given but since it came they day after requesting reasonable accommodationI pretty much assumed that was the reason. I do have an attorney retained and I am filing an EEOC compliant tomorrow. I was only with Td for a little over a month which I assume is why they denied my unemployment. If there is anything you can do to assist pertaining to the below, I would really appreciate it especially since I have no income or medical benefits. If you cannot, perhaps you can tell me who can. Thank you.

Geico has informed me that NTT HR disclosed to them that I was terminated due to performance issues. Why is this information disclosed to my car insurance and not me? Also, the noted texts below contradicts that reason. I have been advised by Geico to ask you to share these messages with HR/payroll since you were my primary contact and the text messages and our conversations contradict that reason. There are also emails between Candice, James and myself on TD email that will contradict this reason as well. Therefore can you please find out why HR has an inaccurate reason for my termination. Also, even the timing of my termination was when I was asked to perform more reviews since I was working at home at the advisement of my neurologist right after a second car accident. The car accident which managers knew were a result of me crying while driving and while wiping my eyes, rear ended a car. Why would someone who just got into 2 bad car accidents be expected to perform more? Who my direct manager and supervisor know I am having anxiety, depression, sleep and concentration issues, crying at my desk, crying to my colleagues and supervisor who has consoled me, be asked to perform more? I was just complimented in writing regarding performance progress the day before being terminated for performance issues? Also, other consultants who worked from home were not asked to perform more and they weren't even under the care of doctors. This needs to be rectified since the EEOC is going to conduct an investigation and the truth will be evidenced by emails and text messages. If NTG chooses to keep the the reason inaccurate then the EEOC will deal with their illegal activity. Thank you.
