Iâve placed an order of 12 items on 16th March, 2020 from online nurserylive.com. As there was lockdown, I have written a mail asking about the delivery date of the product. After sending continuous mails, they sent reply after lockdown, I shall receive the plants.
Till now Iâve texted more than 40 times through WhatsApp and 15 emails ...but all in vain. Iâve paid 2900 rupees. Such a bloody ### organisation and no CUSTOMER support at all. These nonsense fraudulent activities should be banned.
We got a thought of making greenery space in our homes for which we had to order. And this is the very first time, I ordered and to my utter disappointment, Iâve lost my money.
