NurseryLive — pre paid order# zi8z037259 placed on 29th june 2020, no response yet

I have placed an order #zi8z037259 (Rs.884) with https://nurserylive.com on 29th june 2020. Till now no response from them. Even if i send a mail, whatsapp, not a single response from them. Even they are not cancelling the order. As i am from ap (Monsoon ends here early), there will be no use if i receive the seeds late.
