My Bosch washing Machine bought in 2014, started making a loud thud-thud sound while it was in a wash cycle. I stopped the machine by manually switching off the power and called the support team through the toll-free number on 18th Nov.
Service request number[protected] was logged on 18th Nov.
On 20th Nov, after another reminder, Nahid Khan came and said a part is broken and that he will place an order.
After that I didn’t hear from him at all.
On 5th Dec, I escalated the matter to Bhavya Shukla[protected], and was promised that someone will repair my machine. No one attended till 8th Dec, when I received a call from the service guy wanting to come and repair, but because I was travelling told them that I will log a fresh service request when I am back on 11th.
On 12th Dec, 47526167 was logged. That evening when Nahid Khan called, I told him to bring the broken part’s replacement and that I don’t want one more huge cycle of waiting. He neither came nor updated me.
On 16th Dec, I escalted for the 2nd time to Zafer of the escalation team and he put me on a call with the service person and Nutronics Service cenLtd’s person ShashiKant Mishra.
Initially the service person claimed that I had said that the machine had been repaired. I completely rejected it as total falsehood as I had even mentioned to the Bosch Service Feedback call (checking whether imy repair was done), saying that nothing had been replied yet.
In the last part of the call, ShashiKant Mishra of Nutronics Service Ltd (Mumbai has assured that he will have my machine repaired. This is the status as of 16th Dec 12.33 pm.
All in all, the pathetic state of service by Bosch in Mumbai is apalling. I am a loyal customer of Bosch and am contemplating buying a dryer too, which will be my 3rd Bosch appliance at home.
This is NOT what I expect. We believe in German Engineering, but the lack of Customer Support locally is completely spoiling it for Bosch.
Thanks and Regards,
Smita
