I am using your stb since 2 years. I am unhappy with your service. I contacted several local cable operators, but they are irresponsible. I am not viewing channels with respect to the amount i am paying to you. I am thinking to change the service if i don't find solution. Local cable operators are charging too much. Many customers from our community are facing this problem.
I find errors regarding the signal frequently on the television screen and i get irritated with that. Though i live in urban i face signal issues. I want you to provide me all the channels for which i am paying.
I hope you will notice the complaint and resolve it soon.
