Nykaa.com — Bad quality product delivered

I have ordered a purple color suit. I want to return it due to the cloth quality I have received and the fit of the suit not matching as per the catalog. Sad to see how different the color of the dress is as well wrt the pictures uploaded on the Nykaa app. Customer support team is unable to resolve the issue. This is a horrible experience with Nykaa fashion. This was my first order with your online shopping app. The order amount is also significant. Worst customer service.
