Nykaa is cancelling orders when and as they like without initimating the customer. Also even if it’s cancelled on their end the refund takes 7-9 days which is pathetic. bad excuse saying pin isn’t serviceable which is not correct as I am staying in a metro and just few days back received courier from them . At least when it’s issue from their end customer should be intimated on call and there should be instant refund. This is third time with me so raising this complaint. Was this information helpful? |
