I ordered a pair of shoes (worth rs, 900) from Nykaa before Diwali (Order id NYK[protected]. They were delivered to be in good shape. But when worn on Diwali, the shoe broke within 10 minutes of wearing. I raised my concern to Nykaa. They responded with “As per our internal investigation, we have dispatched the products accurately. Thus, we will be unable to authorize any resolution with regard to this concern.” Please assist to get me refund or replacement.
