Nykaa.com — Refund not received from Nykaa Fashion since 7 months

I placed an order for two items on 17th January 2022: 1 dress (Order ID: NYK[protected], Order Amount: Rs. 4122, Return Reference ID:[protected] and earrings (Order ID: NYK[protected], Order Amount: Rs. 800, Return Reference ID:[protected]. I returned them and the team of Nykaa Fashion said they initiated the refund on 25th January 2022. But it never reflected in my account. I contacted them multiple times and they asked me to go check with my bank, file a charge back dispute. I did all what they asked for and my bank confirmed no amount has been refunded. Nykaa has been fooling its customers for a long time now. I was around Rs. 5000 pending with Nykaa since 17th January 2022. Attached are the photos with order id, order date, return reference number and refund initiated date (as per them).
