I had ordered a bag from Nykaa fashion app 4 days ago i.e on 10 March and I couldn’t see the order in orders section. I wanted it to cancel right away but their customer care wasn’t available since it was after 7 pm. I have been talking to their customer care since 4 days now and they said they can’t cancel it since it’s already left the warehouse. They kept telling refuse the delivery attempt for it to be canceled. Once the bag reaches their warehouse, I shall get an initiation of refund. All this while I was clueless about the status of the product since I still can’t see it in my orders section. They kept sending me the same “wait for 48 hours” email again and again. They sent me a bluedart tracking id which showed “rejected awb inscanned”. I spoke with the @BlueDart_ @BlueDartCares executive and he said the product has been canceled by the shipper and there’s not going to be a delivery attempt. I tried to tell Nykaa people this and asked for a refund but I still am not getting a refund. They are asking me to wait for 48 hours more I don’t understand why! I need my refund asap.
