I placed an order with several products out of which one product delivered on 31 August was wrong. The same day I raised a return request but it was declined, and I raised a return request four times but every time declined for no reason. I even called and had chats with their team but the team was highly incompetent as every time I had to start explaining the issue from the beginning and this was done nearly 10 times. Till date 19 october, the wrong product which was picked by the field executive is still with him only.. I also provided his number to the nykaa team but no action. and I got no refund.
