Nykaa.com — Wrong products delivered and return request rejected

On the 9th of September 2023, I placed an order with Nykaa (order no.NYK-[protected]) for Cadiveu Anti Frizz Shampoo, O3 Cream, and Vaseline Lotion worth ₹3617. I received the package on 15th of September but it did not contain any of the above products instead they had delivered some mamaearth products worth much less. I raised a return request along with pictures of the wrong items but my request was rejected. I contacted the customer care but no action was taken.
