Since a week Nykaa Fashion has been giving me false hope and isn't able to solve a simple issue. On 14th of Jan my order was delivered from Nykaa Fashion. I wanted to return the item so on 14th I created the return request. The delivery guy came to pick it up on the 16th and refused since the number was not right and I couldn't get the OTP.
I spoke to Nykaa Fashion they told me on 17th they would do a 3rd attempt and it will get cancelled and once it gets cancelled they would place a new return request but it didn't happen and now every other day the delivery guy comes to my house and refuses to pick it, I feel uncomfortable for them to come to my house like this. Everyday the Nykaa Fashion customer support team tells me to wait 24 hours but it has been 7 days and nothing has been done to help me out. Please solve my issue and don't send delivery guys to my house unnecessarily. Was this information helpful? |
