OBC Certificate — Could not trace OBC-b certificate

Sir,
I, Barnali Ghosh, successfully made online application for OBC-b certificate, and therefore submitted the printed copy along with other necessary documents to our BDO Office(Guma BDO office, Barasat Sub-division, north 24pgs, west bengal) on 19.08.15, i have a received copy also. But i neither got my certificate yet nor could trace it online till 17/10/2016, my application number is OBCWB11012015/15162. I visited the BDO office several times, and everytime the concerned official person told me that it was sent to the SDO office for further processing, I would get it within a month. But nothing like that happened till now. I can't understand what to do now. Please help me to trace and get my OBC - b certificate.
