Obc — non-receipt of obc certificate

Respected sir/madam,

I would like to draw your kind attention that i have applied for my obc certificate on 20th june 2018. My application no. Is obcwb12042018/1980. I have submitted the soft copy with the necessary details on your website, but the page became unresponsive on attempting to print hard copy for submission to the bdo office and to the officer of the concerned department. After a period of 3 months, an sms is issued on my provided mobile number with the instructions to submit the hard copy to the concerned office within a stipulated period of 5 days.

But i regret to say that the hard copy could not be generated due to unresponsiveness of the page. Now my application is rejected as the stipulated period of time is over.

But i cannot further fill the blank application form again in your website as it already says that a soft copy has already been generated.

I hope, you will understand my situation and will be highly obliged to you if you kindly allow me to re-generate an alternative registration number.
