Date of Incident: 20th November 2019 Client number:[protected] The MD/owner of Oceans Outsourcing, presently at 1203 12th Floor Charanjiv Tower Nehru Place, Delhi, New Delhi 110019, took more than Rs. 15, 00, 000/- against processing the PR Visa for Canada. The owner, named SAMEER SINGH, made the biggest fraud in my life. After several e-mail and telephone, he didn't reply to any of my calls. Last and final when we went to his office, he made a drama and told his office staff that he expired in an accident. We asked to return our passports, but office staff replied that they don't know about our passport. Finally, we are waiting for our Passports and refund of our money.
