Oceans Outsourcing — Refund my money as poor assistance provided

My concern is that in the end of june, 2020, one year of my case will get over, but as many of the months in last one year this company isunable to arrange interviews for me so i need this company to compensate for that, either they pay my full money 40000 inr back to me or extend validity of my case one more year and arrange maximum canada job interviews for me.

Kindly find the below highlights of my case in points how poorly it got handled and many of the months in last one year no email or call reply and also only 3 times in one year telephonic interviews has arranged and out of which 2 times with local indian recruiter/consultancy people.

1. I have started my case in the end of june, 2019 and paid inr 40000 which is half amount of the case to mahak consultant in this company.
2. Then by the end of august, 2019 all documentation process got over and all documents got approved from your side and then case manager jessica said now it will take approx one more month for the further interview process as profile will go for acceptance.
3. So after one month means by the end of september, 2019 i have cross checked by myself because no email from jessica, so she did not reply that time.
4. Then on 3rd october, 2019 jessica said it will take 3-5 business days for update, then around on 9th october, 2019 she said your profile got accepted you will get the interview schedule soon.
5. Then on 21st october, 2019 i have cross checked because no reply from last 12 days, then next day she replied that interview schedule update will come post deewali.
6. Then on 4th november, 2019 again i have emailed to cross check about interview but no reply from jessica, then again i have emailed on 12th november to her but no reply, even in between many times, most of the times she did not pick the call.

So till nov, 2019 its almost 5months of process no interview has been arranged but in the begining mehak told me that aftet documents we will arrange so many interviews from the starting of 3rd month only, so which was fake.
7. Then around 12th november, 2019 aditya new case manager picked my call and i have explained him again everything then he said jessica has left and one of our owner passed away so thats why we got delay in your service, again which was not my fault, then i have immediately forwarded my conversation email with jessica to him.
8. Then on 19th, 21st, 29th november, 2019 and also on 5th december, 2019 i have called, text message, email to aditya but no reply from him also. So basically now 6months of process but no assistance for interview.
9.in between of all these 6months as i did not get any assistance for interview even when i paid for it, so i have shared my genuine feedback on online portal about this company.
10. So finally on 9th december, 2019 aditya replied on email and said that your interview will be on 19/11/2019 which is again a wrong date as he has given nov, 2019 date in month of december, 2019,, so i have replied him and said please let me know the final date and timings and he also replied ok.
11. Then on 19th december, 2019 i have asked him why no interview call, then he replied next day and said because you have put negative feedback online so our team has put your case on hold and told me if you will not remove your feedback then we will not arrange any interview, so as a courtsy i have immediately removed my feedback from online portal.
12. So then he has given interview date of 3rd jan, 2020 which got happened but it was indian recruiter/consultant, but later he said you were not selected.
13. Later he has arranged interview again after one month on 10th feb, 2020 with canada recruiter which was not haopened as i waited also, but finally it got happened after 3-4 days, again he said you were not selected even it was a basic interview and it was happened good.
14. Even i have emailed him many times and he promised that we will arrange maximum interviews every month, but still he has arranged the 3rd time interview on 18th march, 2020 with indian consultancy/recruiter, for which he said result was positive and then he said we will update you for further process, but later when i have checked he replied that due to covid-19 we are unable to arrange any further interview as everything closed.

So finally my concern is that from june, 2019 to march, 2020 your company only managed to arranged 3interviews in 9months, and last 2 months also no assistance, and many months in a year no reply and email, which i have all proofs in messages and emails. So i need compensation for that or else i need to file a legal complaint as i did not get proper service for the money i had paid.
