Vey unethical and unprofessional company. First they will send you a defective / poor quality product and then never respond to your messages or look into your concerns. Nobody picks the call or replies back. Guys, plz be cautious and don't buy anything from Odette. I have had a very bad experience with them. I ordered a saree on (19th Jan 2022) and received a poor quality product (on 27th Jan 2020, evening) . The very same evening, I raised a complaint. 1/4th of the saree didn't has sequence and looks of[censored]pon wearing. I raised a complaint on their WhatsApp number but nobody seems to respond. They read your messages and never get back to you. I have also sent them an email and sent messages on their facebook page but nobody replies.
I need my full refund!

Such a scam! The product is way different from the picture they’ve provided with. On the top of it, they don’t have any return policy, you can just exchange your product, that too from a small list of already chosen products by them, which generally is never close to your expectations. Sheer wastage of money.
