[Resolved] Ola Cabs / Ani Technologies — Regarding Not Issuing Refund of My Amount by OLA ELECTRIC Vehicles

My Father, ordered Ola S1X plus on 10thNov
2023, OET-[protected]-WPY274 on the name of Sujeet Kumar Gupta and
made payment of Rs.124109 in which 50999 was paid through UPI & Rs
69815.96 through HDFC credit card. Remaining amount was adjusted with
instant discount which was applicable on the card. Later we cancelled
the order on 2nd Dec. UPI refund has been credited on 5th Dec but No
refund credited on Credit Card till now. As I had opted for EMI
option, I have to pay EMI from the very 1st mont i.e. from Nov itself.
Now I got 2nd EMI installment . So I am bound to pay EMI & these EMI
also charging GST also. In the case of credit card, it should have
been credited within 7 business days but due to your negligence, we
are suffering.
So Kindly make Ola aware of this issue and ask them to solve
So I request you, kindly resolve this issue at the earliest as EMI for
December month has been already generated. Screenshots of bank account
as well credit card transaction has been attached for your ready
reference.

After complaining here on consumer forum also no Ola Representative called me or mail me to solve my problem. I have to physically visit the Ola expense centre and make pressure on the Ola Employee to solve the issue in my presence and not to play any gimmick of solving my problem. I spend Half and Hour forcing them to initiate my refund and then my refund got initiated. At the end Ola Didn't meet my expectations of helping a customer.
