Hi..I am sharing my very worst experience with OLA CAB on the last day of year 2015, which took place in Kolkata . I am a frequent user of ola cabs but after this incident i will think twice to use this services & in the same time will not suggest others also to take a ride on ola, specially any single passengers & girls. On 31st December 2015 i booked a Ola cab at 5.42 pm CRN no[protected], white indigo, WB 07 j 2234, driver name- MATI YADAV [protected], he came at the right time near to my place, but during the conversation, while i am giving him my place direction i found that he was accompanied with some other person on his car with out informing me, & when i asked him that" does any one is with you in the car", he replied that yes one guy is their but nothing to worry he ia man from company who is checking the gps connection in phone...How strange ...Is this acceptable excuse?? now many question arrives. Why some other stranger person will be in the car with driver on his working hours?? as a single passenger where is my security?? how a girl feel safe in ola?? as everyone knows that in sedan except with driver four person can accommodate..If the driver accompany a stranger in the car then where the passengers will seat??? my grand father was seriously ill that day i was terribly looking for a cab from past half an hour but didn't get a one, but the time i got a single one he betrayed me in this way.. Will ur company be able to cost my grandfather life now??? give me the answer ?? i will really take an action against this company & against the driver.. First of all ola charging the higher rate than the normal taxi & above all they are giving this kind of loose, risky, disaster & dangerous services to the consumers?? then where is the difference between the normal taxi & ola?? take a suggestion that do not allow any low class people to drive ola...If you want to make your service better then first of all educate the basic working rules & regulation to the driver..Give some seminar & behavioral modification training to them. I hope the you will definitely take an action in immediate basis against the company & the driver .Its a question about people's safety. Thank you Rajeswari Roy

I booked an OLA cab on 3rd Jan 2015 at 1139 pm. The driver was over speeding and breaking signals. Consequently at one of the signals, another over-speeding car breaking signals hit our cab. Unfortunately I got hurt badly and the driver was not injured at all. Its good that he was not injured but instead of attending to my injuries the driver went on to argue with other car driver. I was in bad pain inside the cab for 15 minutes after which some auto rickshaw drivers came to my help. Currently I am inside a hospital and have so much pain that I can not speak and have my shoulder jammed.

Have booked OLA cab on 03/01/2015 at Gurgaon Chowpatty. The driver details are: Name Ramavadh, Car Indica, Car No. MH 02 CR 5798. Pick up time 8:13pm. Have forget my stole in the car at the time of drop at Vile Parle East. My name is Isha Gupta. Mobile No. [protected]. Address: 301, Upasani Krupa, corner of Ajmal Road, Malvia Road, Vile Parle (E), Mumbai - 400057. Kindly inform about finding of my stole from the said car and return it to the address mentioned above.

I took place cab on 2 Jan for janpath from sheikh Sarai phase 1.on 2 nd Jan my bill was for 229/00 including all charges n today is 255/00 why . Same distance . N pick up also half hour delay .

Dear Sir/Madam, I am a regular User of OLA Cab, I had a OLA drive today (4th Jan 2016) Morning 5 AM initially a bill was generated CRN[protected]. for Rs.279/- .I Paid driver the bill and de-boarded the cab.after few mins i am receiving one more mail and message from OLA revising the Invoice CRN[protected].to Rs.451/- ., Requesting me to pay additional amount Rs.172/- and it is mentioning that Rs.172 /- is pending against my name. Kindly Correct my account in order for me to use the cab in my future rides else i have to shift to some other operator. Hope you will take action and correct my account. Regards Syed Zaidi

Dear Sir, Today My wife is going to Kashmere gate to catch valvo bus at 5:30 Am so i have booked cab through Booking no CRN[protected] at 4:45 AM.company has assigned task to Driver Mr pratyaksh Sidana([protected]) cab no-DL1YD9814 and driver has reached at my place 4:28 but driver left the site at 4:35 without informing me and cancelled the drive. when i called to customer care they were not aware about incident and even not ready to approach driver to know the reason of such behaviour. anyhow i have managed with another transport and during that period i have gone through so much mental harassment. you are requested to kindly give the suitable notice to company and advise driver should not have authority to cancel drive untill &unless customer gives the permission other they should have stop such services . Myself and my hubby booked ola cab from Tambaram to Nanganllur, usually ola charge 280 rupees only, but while returning from our native, we booked ola cab.they charged 780 rupees saying its peek hour charges.we didnt get any pop up while booking, while paying the driver told its peek hour and they charge three times more.In the name of peek hour charges, they are robbing customers money...shame on ola cab.

Hi, Olacabs Invoice for CRN[protected] Total Distance 34.81 KM Ride Date 27.12.2015 Ride Time - 12:35 Total Invoice Charges Rs. 488 and Taxi person charged Rs. 588, i received mail late on my handset hence i paid what they said, when i got mail and call to this person he said i will return Rs. 100 to you and not received yet, already remind 4-5 times to him, kindly do the needful and what i need to do ?

I got ola from Alaknanda, Kalkaji to go to Pari chowk, greater noida. It usually takes 45 min. Driver Sajid had no Idea about Delhi or Noida/ Greater Noida. He had no GPS. He kept ignoring my GPS Instruction and after 3 hrs I had to force him to stop. That place was 35 km away from my destination! I had to take an autorikshaw in this cold and arrived sick. I would not recommend any body to take Ola. I have not received any communication back even after a week from Ola authorities. Date of service was 28/12/2015.

Hi, My sister used an OLA cab and got a free ride using a referral code. Since she used a free ride, she has got a referral code which she has given me. I tried to use this code and register but I did not get free ride. I call customer care and told them the scenario, they told me it is violating their conditions, I told them what are the conditions. Their answer was not satisfactory, they told me that it is their system which is not accepting because email Id of your sister is matching. This is really foolish answer, If my sister's name is similar to mine, doesn't mean that we both cannot use OLA cab first free ride.. I have used referral code 9DGZ0P for which they did not give free ride, I feel that their outdated system has taken away my privilege of free ride.

Booked a cab on 3rd Jan 2016 from Indirapuram 3 hours before the departure from T3 terminal, New Delhi airport. The driver did not follow the conventional route to airport. He did not know the route to airport. Digressed a lot of times. It is least expected from the driver to not knowing the way to New Delhi airport. Is it not the company's prerogative to onboard drivers who atleast know the way/directions to the important places like airport, railway station etc.It caused not only mental harassment but also cash loss to us. The flight was missed and we were homeless. I want my money to be refund to me. Ola company pvt ltd should atleast refund me the loss i have suffered due to Ola services/driver.

I happened to travel today early morning along with my family from Pune railway station to Nigdi. As usual I booked an OLA. Though there were n no of cabs available near the pick up area I had been confirmed with peak time charge 3x. The logic not known. I had to pay whopping 893/- rupees just for 20 km distance. We trusted OLA and boarded the cab as we never expected the fare to be so much on higher side. We were heavily equipped with luggage. The fare is not at all justifiable. We got a promotional code for OLA Cabs o[censored]pto Rs 200 free for first booking. This brochure was at Crossroad bookstore at Inorbit mall in Mumbai. We signed up for the app and tried to use the code CWD. The code did not work even after 2 attempts. We talked to the customer rep and he was no help. We asked to speak to the supervisor and he was also not willing to honor the code. AVOID THIS COMPANY like plague. No wonder they have such a terrible reputation as also reported by other customers.

I am new to Delhi therefore booked an Ola Cab. As they are safe & reliable. But i was surprised when cab driver took me to Nehru place in place of ghaziabad. When i realised i strongly objecyed & then only he turns back & bring me back to ghaziabad. Resulting loss of 2 to 3 hours and waist of atleast 400 Rs. This i don't expect from Ola.

Dear Consumer Forum, Yesterday I have traveled from Begumpet to Jublee Hills, Hyderabad with the travel distance of approximately 8 Kms. But the surprising part of this, even if I have booked a normal Tata Indica, traveled with less distance, I have been charged for Rs. 400 which was 2.8 times from the normal fare, in that contrast OLA has replied that due to peak hour, you been charged for 2.8 times, which is totally ridiculous & very degraded service response from OLA, just a act of open Bulgar. Hope I will never ever use services from the same service provider. Please take my complaint into acopunt & take necessary steps so that normal people shouldn't suffer so badly. Yesterday from Nanganallur to velachery, a very normal indicab (Type) driver charged Rs.392/- . When make a call to customer care they told that 2.62 times of the basic amount, subject to not revealing amount which is called basic amount. We are in a pathetic situation to settle with no negotiation . Please be careful about the irresponsible response from customer care.

The first day of the year who cheated me and who have not keep up their words is OLA CABS. Let me explain my worst experience with them for the day. Before that I would like tell that I am not supporting any travel agents or I am not running any travels. Please see the picture which explains the charges for less than 19 kms within or less than 2 hours journey. We have booked a cab between 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm IST. The cab has travelled between velachery to mogappair east which is less than 19 kms. They have changed more than rupees 800.00 and I have called the call center which is located in Bangalore who explained me that the time we hired the cab is a peak hour. Here I would like to tell you all that today it's 1st January which is a new year so a public holiday and earlier as I mentioned it's between 2.00 to 4.00 so I don't know where the peak hours fall here and I asked the OLA call center guy about the peak hour times which he replied he doesn't know anything and top of that he said it's cab demand time. If the cab are they should not run the business during that time. He promised that some manager will call me with in 1 hour time frame that means he would have called me before 6.00 pm still I have not received the call now the time is above 9.00 pm. And another customer paid above rupees 830.00 for the same kilometres journey in the morning between central to velachery. So don't go for OLA who is a cheat cab company and I have booked the mini.
