Ola Electric — Its been 53 days and till now I did not get the delivery of my vehicle.

I have 2 complaints before, and after the complain the company is calling me within 12hrs and saying sorry for the delay sir, and now they have done a mistake also, when I said ola salesman to give me the quotation for my loan he gave me one link through which I can generate the quotation and in that quotation insurance was not mentioned because of that the bank did not give the insurance money and I had to buy the insurance afterwards from ola app on 09.12.2022. The mistake here is they have not hypothicated to the bank and made the insurance of scooter without hypothication for that reason the registration process was getting delay. And after I have given my first complain in Consumer Forum then they corrected their mistake, and on 09.01.2023 they gave the new insurance in which the hypothication was written.
So I hereby request you to please give the delivery of vehicle. I am totally helpless now. I did not expect this big mistake from Ola Electric. For this mistake I had to bear the loss, I gave already given 2 EMI's without having my vehicle.
