Ola company is harrassing me from 1 month..
The thing is that the ola drivers are so unprofessional and illiterate, not one but mostly all, what they do is first they accept the ride and then cancel it or moreover after the ride is completed and i pay them the fees they still charge me extra fees for the next ride and that becomes due, i cleared the pending due thrice from last 2 years still the uneducated drivers purposely charge me extra fees.. WHY Should i even pay for a ride where i have already paid for it...And the heights is after they have charged me the fake due the OLA COMPANY HAVE SPREAD MY NUMBER TO VARIOUS PEOPLE, COME ON this is a harassment ... Daily i have 70- 80 missed calls in my phone, ola company have spread my number to various people.. Firstly, they charge me fake fees and then they spread my number.. I dont even know why people are using ola its completely fake and they torture people by spreading their numbers... Iam writing this letter to the consumer court, please take a action against ola company, they have already given my number to various people and iam a girl, i get harassed by 100 people daily because of ola Was this information helpful? |
