I have logged case with ola electric customer care for service(handle and display issue), first they have given schedule 17th Apr between 3 to 6 PM . That day no one came and no call from ola. Again I called ola support in evening they escalated the case and asked to wait till 48 hours. Again no call from OLA and no one visited on my address. Again called to ola support, they again escalated and asked to wait till tomorrow morning, in afternoon i got call from mechanic but he have not visited. Next day I called mechanic then he said I will visit on Monday, I said ok, atheist there was home that it will repair on Monday (24 apr) today when I called and asked to mechanic at what time will you come then he said today I will not come. Again I called Ola Electric support then they said we have escalated the case please wait for 24 hours. Now I am not able to understand what to do.
Worst service by OLA Electric
