Ola Electric — Ola S1 Pro/ID: OET-[protected]-WVZ070; mobile no [protected]

I have been consistently asking for my receipt for payment made by me of RS 37852.00 on 25/05/2022.

By the mail you have acknowledged as rs 20000/- (twenty thousand only) and the money paid was rs37852.My earlier emails TO THEM 6 TIMES in this regards is UNREPLIED.

I fail to understand why they are not issuing proper money receipt for the advance paid which is my right and demanding full payment without acknowledging my advance payments.

MY ISSUE STILL NOT RESOLVED AND THEY ARE SHOOTING INVOICE AFTER INVOICE ADDING ITEMS EACH TIME. THE OLA APP IS NOT SHOWING MY TRANSACTIONS AND TOTALLY IGNORANT WHAT THEY ARE UPTO. BEING A SENIOR CITIZEN I BOUGHT THIS SCOOTER TO COMMUTE BETWEEN NY OFFICE AND MARKET PLACE AND TO ECONOMIZE MY TRAVEL. INSTEAD FEEL HARASSED BY CALLS AT ODD HOURS AND PROVOKING ME TO CANCEL THE ORDER.

SIR,
WE HAVE RECEIVED THE SETTLEMENT INVOICE FOR RS 1, 42, 201 DATED[protected]ATTACHED)
I HAVE COMPLETED THE PAYMENT WITH LAST PAYMENT OF RS 90, 000 ( RS 100 + RS 89, 900).
I AM STILL NOT GETTING DELIVERY AND THEY ARE RAISING FURTHER DEMANDS OF RS 5, 000 (REASON KNOWN BEST TO THEM) EVEN AFTER MAKING SETTLEMENT INVOICE AND RECEIVING FULL PAYMENT.

PLEASE HELP.
