I had purchased ola s1 on 27october 2022 it had run 1640kms till 22 march 2023 on this day the scooter suddenly stopped working in middle of road and went total off nor the lock was opening nor was scooter turning on i had complained they said they will road assist the vehicle next day but till 26 march no executive visited and checked the vehicle on 27th evening a serviceman visited and inspected the vehicle and informed us it had rat bite problem but the vehicle was standing 4 days outside on street it might have bitten in those 4 days might be but now they asked me to claim for insurance i even did that but till today on 13 th april nearly about 22 days still no action or anything has been taken for servicing of my vehicle Was this information helpful? |
